I'm interested in what happens when you give sharp people better tools. Right now, that means building with AI — not theoretically, but by shipping things and seeing what works.

This site is a lab notebook. Each experiment here is something I've actually built, tested, and learned from. Some work. Some don't. All of them teach me something about where this technology is headed and how to use it well.

I believe the most interesting work in AI isn't happening in research papers — it's happening in the space between the model and the user. That's where I spend my time.
